Our Team
Kevin Cox
Kevin V. Cox is a visionary leader known for his strategic business transformations and community impact. A proud alumnus of Oral Roberts University (ORU), Kevin earned his bachelor's degree in 1996 and his MBA in 1999, during which he also served as the Student Association President (1994-95). He married Amber G. Cox, a 1997 ORU graduate and former columnist for The Oracle, and remains a deeply engaged member of the ORU President’s Circle.
Kevin furthered his education with a law degree from the University of Tulsa and a certificate in Performance Maximization from Harvard's JFK School of Government. His career is marked by significant accomplishments, such as founding Logistyx Technologies, where he developed a powerful global strategy, raised $50 million in capital, and acquired 14 companies across multiple continents to establish it as a leader in Transportation Management Execution.
Demonstrating his knack for transformative growth, Kevin also led the expansion of a small regional financial services firm into Adaptation Financial Services, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing over $1 billion in assets. His leadership roles have included serving as CEO and now Chairman of the Board for ParagonX, a public holding company, and as Chief Executive Officer of SOAAK Technologies, Inc., an acclaimed health and wellness company.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, fishing, and flying.
Joe Davis
With over 25 years of experience, Joe D. Davis has held a variety of roles in the Financial and Investment Services industry, distinguishing himself as a widely regarded leader. His expertise spans the marketing of investment programs, including Alternative Investments, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Business Development Companies (BDCs), and other 1940 Act Funds.
Mr. Davis launched his marketing career at the New York-based mutual fund company J & W Seligman, where he served as Associate Vice President of Marketing. He then expanded his focus to the Insurance and Investment sectors, providing invaluable knowledge and marketing support to highly recognized firms such as AIG SunAmerica, ING, and American Express. During his tenure at American Express, he served as Divisional Director for the Midwest Regional Territory.
Transitioning to the Alternative Investment arena, Mr. Davis held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Marketing for Wells Real Estate Funds, Strategic Capital Holdings, and Griffin Capital.
Joe Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where he was also a member of the 1979 and 1980 Big Eight Championship football teams. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active participant in various charitable and community service organizations. An avid golfer and cycling enthusiast, Joe has also authored the book Life is Forward.
